Restorative Prenatal Yoga (for 3. Trimester)
1:1 or Group
This is for you if you are in your 3rd trimester, if you’d like and need to relax and if you want to specifically prepare yourself for labour and giving birth.
Let’s see if we are a good fit!
What to expect:
- Restorative asanas (yoga poses): no standing poses, slow pace, more props like extra blocks, bolsters, pillows, blankets…) so you can relax your body completely without overstretching it.
“We adapt the practice to your needs, NOT you adapt to the practice”
- Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”): this very ancient practice enables deep relaxation without sleeping. It takes you on a guided journey through various stages of consciousness, leading to a profound sense of inner peace.

My wish for you in the last stages of your pregnancy is that you make time for yourself and enjoy it, that you focus on your needs and what is coming, that you and your body relax, and most importantly that you feel PREPARED for labour and birth, so you can have the most positive birth experience possible.

I practiced yoga through all my pregnancies, which I all enjoyed until the end. Through my specific yoga routine at the end of pregnancy I was able to prepare physically and mentally the best way possible for labour and giving birth.
All my birth experiences have been extremely positive. That is also possible for you and this is what I wish you from the bottom of my heart.
Special Labour/Birth Group-Workshop
Already in the last trimester of your pregnancy? You want to know what to do during your labour until you give birth? First time expecting mom or more?
This workshop is for you! You are all welcome, each time there is something new to learn!
What to expect:
In this special workshop, you will learn lots of labour and birthing positions, as well as the best breathing techniques for the different stages of labour. This 2hrs long workshop gives enough space to practice and ask questions, so you know at the end what already feels good to you, what to choose and do on the big day.
